Yoga anyone?

Mom seems a little restless...she keeps telling me to stop doing the 'Downward Facing Dog,' which I guess is a yoga pose. She keeps saying, "Reagan, HUG YOUR KNEES. PLEASE." I'll think about it. I'm guessing 'Warrior Pose' is out of the question.
